Ryan Alvita

Ryan Alvita is an experienced software engineer currently working at Van Oord since May 2021, contributing to the Datalab team within the Engineering & Estimate department of this esteemed international contractor specializing in dredging and marine engineering. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of project engineer at PT Dinamaritama Konsultan Rekayasa, where involvement included the survey and design of a liquid bulk terminal. Ryan also gained academic experience as a lecture and laboratory assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, supporting various courses in ocean environment, fluid mechanics, water wave mechanics, and marine geotechnics. Ryan completed a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering from Delft University of Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
