Eric Gerade

Eric Gerade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development and Project Manager at VHB since March 2017, Eric has previously held senior engineering roles at TEC, Inc., EBI Consulting, and Stephenson Design Group, LLC, showcasing a strong background in engineering projects. With initial engineering experience at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. and Lynnfield Engineering, Inc., Eric has developed a comprehensive skill set in project engineering since beginning a career in this field after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002.
