Queenie Flores

Queenie Flores has extensive experience in IT service management, operations, program management, and project management. Queenie currently works as the Senior Director of IT Service Management at Vanco, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the owner and president of D'Ari Consulting Services from 2022 to present, where they oversaw strategic direction, project delivery, and revenue growth. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Diebold Nixdorf, DataStax, Anthem Inc., Inland Empire Health Plan, Neudesic, Cognizant Technology Solutions, IEHP, and Word And Brown, where they honed their skills in product development, engagement management, agile coaching, and project management. Throughout their work experience, they demonstrated exceptional leadership, collaboration, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Queenie Flores holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995. Queenie also has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Queenie has obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum Master in 2011, SAFe 4 Certified Agilist in 2018, and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in 2022. Queenie has also acquired multiple professional certifications through LinkedIn, such as "Getting Started with PCI 4.0 Compliance," "Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search," and "OKRs to Drive Alignment, Autonomy, and Accountability in a Hybrid Workplace," all obtained in 2023.
