Sean Ling

Sean Ling is currently working as an Associate Regional Medical Director in Infection Prevention & Control at Vancouver Coastal Health. Sean is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC Department of Medicine. With a background in Medical Microbiology and Infectious Disease, Sean previously served as a Resident Physician at Alberta Health Services. Additionally, Sean has experience as a Clinical Trials Coordinator at the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS and as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation. Sean obtained their MB BCh BAO (Hons) in Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and holds an MSc in Experimental Medicine from The University of British Columbia. Their undergraduate degree is a BSc in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta.
