Darlene Hodgson

Darlene Hodgson has over two decades of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Darlene has worked at organizations like Vancouver Community College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, British Columbia Institute of Technology, Wired Women Society, and Descartes Systems Group. Darlene has held positions such as Director, Associate Director, Manager, Team Lead, and Project Director, showcasing their expertise in HR systems, skills training, total rewards, and employee services.

Darlene Hodgson completed an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 1990. Darlene later earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Additionally, Darlene obtained certifications including a GBA from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in 2015 and a Certified Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Management Association in 2012. Darlene also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
