Brendan Farnsworth possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager and Culinary Manager at Vandelay Hospitality Group since May 2021. Prior roles include Manager at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and General Manager at Cork & Pig Tavern, where Brandon worked from October 2017 to February 2021. Brendan's training began with the United States Air Force as a Cryptologic Linguist and continued with mentorship from the experienced management staff of Houston's Restaurant Group. Brendan holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Angelo State University, completed in 2015.
