Sabrina Poon

Medical Director, Episodes Of Care, Office Of Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Sabrina Poon, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Medical Director for Episodes of Care in the Office of Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading value-based care initiatives and direct-to-employer bundled payment programs. Previously, Sabrina Poon worked as an Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital from July 2012 to June 2018, during which time Sabrina also held positions as an Emergency Medicine Health Policy Research and Translation Fellow and a Resident Physician. Additionally, residency training was completed at Massachusetts General Hospital from July 2012 to June 2016. Sabrina Poon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
