Leonora Zilkha Williamson is the founder of Platinum Rule Advisors, established in 2019, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and team-building services. In addition to leading this successful venture, which has doubled its revenue each year, Leonora serves as an Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University, teaching Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG Investing, and Negotiation. Leonora has a diverse background in strategic roles, including membership on the Board of Directors for Sabre Yachts, serving as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School, and co-founding The JumpFund to support female entrepreneurs. Previous experience also includes key positions at SIGNiX and MAC Cosmetics, where Leonora played an integral role in international marketing and digital strategy.
