Emelie Andersson

Emelie Andersson is a team leader for the family team at Trollhättans Stad since February 2023, responsible for both operational and strategic leadership. With extensive experience in social work and governance, Emelie has held multiple roles, including guardian and financial administrator for Vänersborgs Kommun, and has served as a family law social worker and addiction counselor in various municipalities. Emelie has contributed as a board member for Vänersborgs Kommun's employee club and the parent cooperative for a Montessori preschool. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and various courses focused on leadership, conflict management, and family therapy. Currently, Emelie is enhancing qualifications in suicide prevention at Karolinska Institutet.
