Kristy Renken, SHRM-CP

Kristy Renken, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kristy began their career as a Payroll Specialist at San Diego Unified School District in 2002 and stayed in that role until 2008. After that, they joined High Tech High as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, a position they held until 2021 when they transitioned to becoming the Director of Finance. In 2022, Kristy joined Vanguard Clinical, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. With their background in payroll, benefits management, and finance, they bring a strong skillset to their current role.

Kristy Renken, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management & Leadership from Franklin University. Kristy obtained this degree sometime before 2023. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Diego Mesa College in 2008. Kristy has also earned certifications such as the SHRM-CP from SHRM in December 2019 and the Payroll Practice and Management Certificate from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in May 2018.
