Nancy Dolinajec

Nancy Dolinajec is an experienced office manager with a strong background in real estate operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Pacific Union/Compass since January 2016, Nancy provides elite service and compliance support for over 40 top-producing agents, manages office files, and solves complex real estate transactions. Previously, Nancy held the position of Office Manager for the Dave Bauer Team at J. Rockcliff Realtors, where responsibilities included customer inquiries and developing filing systems. Nancy's experience also includes roles as a Business Development Manager at C&D Real Estate Appraisal and Review, an Advertising Consultant with Bay Area News Group, a Loan Originator at Jacinto Mortgage Group, and a real estate sales agent at Prudential California Realty, showcasing a diverse skill set in real estate and business development.
