David Cole

David Cole has over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, and channel development within the IT industry. David is currently the Director of Business Development, Americas at Vanguard Protex Global, where they lead the regional expansion and revenue growth of the company in domestic and Latin American markets. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Client Manager at CSPi, where they drove customer adoption of IT technologies and delivered market-leading cyber security solutions. Before that, David worked as an IT Business Development Consultant at DNB Enterprises, where they provided consultation services for IT infrastructure and cyber security. David also served as the Director of Business Development, Americas at Certes Networks and as the Director of Global Business Development at Global Convergence, Inc., where they developed partnerships, supported sales organizations, and researched new technology opportunities. Further, they worked as a Sr. Account Executive at BMC Software, a Sales Representative at Best Software, and as a Regional Sales Manager at Sun Microsystems. David started their career at Tech Data Corp, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become a Sr. Business Development Manager, managing the LATAM OEM vendor portfolio. David Cole earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Mobile, which they attended from 1991 to 1995.
