Jess Mauger

Jess Mauger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with minors in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2016. Currently, Jess operates as the HR Vendor Relationship and Staff Augmentation Program Manager at Vanguard and previously held roles including HR TMEL Recruiting, Events & Onboarding Specialist and Training Delivery Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager, Keyholder, and Supervisor at Plato's Closet, along with an internship in the Loan Department at The Victory Bank.
