Kelly Orr has over two decades of experience in sales and consulting within the financial services industry. Currently serving as an RIA Sales Executive at Vanguard since July 2012, Kelly previously held the position of Vice President - External Advisor Consultant at PIMCO from 1993 until September 2011. Kelly Orr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Fairfield University, completed in 1992.
