Jeranne Koekkoek

Jeranne Koekkoek is the Chief People Officer at VanMoof. Jeranne was previously the Chief People Officer at TravelBird, an online travel company, from July 2013 to December 2018.

Koekkoek's focus is on improving business performance through building a strong culture and embedding that culture in everything the company does, as well as building an immersive employee experience on all touch points in the employee lifecycle.

Some of their key achievements include launching and implementing TravelBird's cultural values in all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle (hiring, leadership, onboarding, feedback, rewards etc.), strengthening the leadership team in 2018 with a shift to hiring more senior leaders and launching the LEAD program with a positive impact on employee engagement scores (+ 10% in topics like appreciation, progress, and development), and designing new organisation structures (Partner Sales, Marketing, Tech) to scale the business including restructuring teams.

Jeranne Koekkoek attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management. Jeranne also attended Goois Lyceum.
