Andrea Klestadt

Andrea Klestadt has a diverse work experience across various industries. Andrea is currently the Head of Product Strategy and a founding team member at Vanna Health since December 2021. Prior to that, Andrea worked at Optum as the Regional General Manager for Medicaid and later as a Senior Manager for Product in Optum Behavioral Care. Andrea was at Optum from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Optum, Andrea was a Senior Manager for Physician Partnerships and Product at Genoa Telepsychiatry from 2019 to 2020. Andrea also held other roles at Genoa, including Senior Manager for Physician Partnerships and Manager for Physician Partnerships. Andrea gained experience in operations as an MBA Intern at Quartet Health in 2016. Andrea started their career at ZS Associates, working as a Business Associate Consultant and later as a Business Associate from 2011 to 2015. Andrea also has experience in education, having served as the Early Childhood Education Fellowship Coordinator at Dwight Hall. Andrea started their professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Yale Cognition and Development Lab, where they conducted experiments and presented research. Andrea also worked as a Consumer Analyst Intern at Lucid360 and as a Research and Administrative Assistant at The Women's College of the University of Denver. Andrea began their career as an Import Clerk at Trans-World Shipping Corporation in 2007.

Andrea Klestadt completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The Wharton School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attained their B.A. in Cognitive Science from Yale University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, Andrea spent a brief period at the Associated Colleges in China at Capital University of Economics and Business, focusing on Chinese studies. Andrea completed their high school education at The Brearley School from 1994 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Andrea obtained a certification in "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School Executive Education in August 2021.
