Neal J. Francom

Neal J. Francom has a diverse work background with experience in compliance management, finance, audit, and information security. Currently, they serve as the Compliance Program Manager at Vanna Health. Previously, they worked as the Owner of Gibraltar, Ltd. and as the Chief Financial Officer and Excursion Expert at CPE Cruises. Neal J. also held roles as the Compliance & Audit Director at Cedar, Manager of Compliance & Audit at OODA Health, and Vice President of Security Operations at Secuvant. Additionally, they served as the President of the Utah Chapter of ISSA. Prior to that, Francom held various positions at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including Director of Information Security & Risk Portfolio and IT Audit Manager. Neal J. also served as the Assistant CISO, where they contributed to building the framework, systems, and metrics for the Office of the CISO and the Information Security Division.

Neal J. Francom completed their MBA degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix from 1985 to 1987. Neal J. pursued their undergraduate studies in Management / Finance, specializing in Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS), at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1979 to 1982.
