Blake Sharp

Blake Sharp is a forward-deployed engineer at Vannevar Labs since 2023 and serves as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve beginning in 2024. Blake has previous experience as an applications security associate at Morgan Stanley from 2022 to 2023 and as a founding software engineer at Fairchain from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, Blake completed a software engineer internship at Google. Prior to these roles, Blake gained valuable experience as an art conservation apprentice at the Iris & B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts at Stanford University and worked as a research associate at Stanford University, contributing to research on human population genetics related to archaeological findings in Peru. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
