Maria Vihljajeva

Maria Vihljajeva is an experienced senior product and commercial manager with a strong background in product management, change management, and consultancy across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Vanquis Bank since November 2016, Maria established a bank-wide product governance framework that significantly impacts three commercial divisions and 200 staff members. Previously, at Direct Line Group from May 2012 to November 2016, Maria held roles including Commercial Manager and Product Manager, where key achievements included launching a digital self-serving platform and implementing major product changes. Maria also has a consultancy background with positions at Deloitte and IBM Global Services, and holds a MA in Business Economics from the University of Glasgow.
