Paul Brookes has extensive experience in resource planning and management, currently serving as a Senior Resource Planning Analyst at Vanquis Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Capita for over twelve years, where positions included Planning Manager, Service Performance Manager, and Team Manager. Responsibilities encompassed forecasting call delivery and handling time, implementing tactical service level management, and leading a team to achieve key performance indicators.
