Paul Studley

Paul Studley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul started their career with Northern Rock in 2005, serving as a Sales Operations Manager and later as a Personal Secured Loan Product Manager. Paul then moved on to become a Customer Segmentation Strategy Manager before joining Northern Rock PLC in 2010 as a Mortgage Proposition Designer.

In 2011, Paul joined Virgin Money and held various positions, including Customer Retention Manager, Mortgage Product Manager, Proposition Development Manager, Senior Proposition Development Manager, Senior Strategy & Execution Manager, Chief of Staff / Senior Business Manager to Group Operations Director, and finally as the Head of Operational Governance, People & Capability.

Since 2020, Paul has been working at Vanquis Bank, initially serving as the Operations Chief of Staff / Business Manager and currently as the Head of Operations Execution & Strategic Programmes.

Paul Studley attended Northumbria University, where they studied Law. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
