Kaitlin Monaghan

Kaitlin Monaghan is the Director of Public Policy for North America at Vantage Data Centers, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Public Policy and Senior Counsel at Rivian from November 2019 to October 2022, where a commitment to sustainable transportation is central to the mission. Kaitlin also worked as Deputy Director of Policy & Regulatory at the American Clean Power Association from April 2015 to November 2019, focusing on clean energy initiatives. Previous roles include Policy Specialist at Advanced Energy Economy and Policy Coordinator at ReThink Energy Florida. Kaitlin began her legal career with positions as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and a Law Clerk at the North Florida Center for Equal Justice. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.
