Purnima Wagle

As Vantage Data Centers’ chief information officer (CIO), Purnima Wagle leads the company’s infrastructure modernization and technological development initiatives to drive scalable innovation. With more than 20 years of global leadership experience in the energy and technology industries, she oversees IT, software development, business process improvement and automation systems.

Prior to joining Vantage, Wagle was the CIO and digital transformation leader at DCP Midstream, a Fortune 500 energy company, where she led the technological vision to enable the workforce to thrive in a digital environment. During her five-year tenure, Wagle earned recognition as the 2021 ORBIE Colorado CIO of the Year and was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the Top Women in Energy in 2020. Earlier in her career, Wagle spent nine years at Flex where she held a variety of leadership roles, most recently as vice president of business transformation, global procurement and supply chain.

Wagle is a leader in several technology communities, including the Board of the Colorado Technology Association (CTA), for which she serves as vice chair, and the Denver CIO Inner Circle where she previously served as co-chair. She is also a member of Women in Technology International. Wagle earned an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California and a Master of Science in statistics from the University of Bombay in India.
