Justin Gress

Justin Gress has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Justin currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer-Insurance at Vantage Risk Companies, where they began in December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the same company.

Before joining Vantage Risk Companies, Justin worked at AXA XL, a division of AXA, from 2018 to 2021. During their tenure, they held various roles, including Americas Business Transformation Leader and Director of Strategic Operations in both North America Insurance and NA Construction & Canada.

From 2013 to 2018, Justin worked at XL Catlin, where they held roles such as Director of Strategic Operations and Vice President-Head of Underwriting Operations. Justin'sresponsibilities included driving results, leading operational and strategic activities, and executing critical business change management initiatives.

Justin'searlier experience includes roles at CNA Insurance as Operations Director and Data Management Manager, as well as a Senior Operations Analyst. Justin also worked at KPMG as a Financial Risk Management Senior Associate, and at GE Insurance Solutions as part of their Insurance Leadership Development Program.
