William MacDonald

William MacDonald has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. William currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Vantage Risk Companies. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP & Chief Audit Executive AXA XL at AXA XL, a division of AXA, from September 2018 to February 2021. William also worked at XL Catlin for over 15 years, where they held the role of SVP and Chief Audit Executive. Additionally, they are a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors since 2000.

William MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from CCSU in 1983. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, graduating in 2004.
