Kateryna Ivashchenko

Kateryna Ivashchenko has worked at various companies in different roles throughout their career. Kateryna started working at ArcelorMittal in 2012 as an Investment Analyst before moving to the Analytical Center of Vice Prime Minister in 2013 for the same role. In 2014, they joined UCB as the Global IT Commercial & Analytics Lead, where they were responsible for shaping the vision for the Next generation of Business Intelligence with Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics. Kateryna also managed mid to large scale agile projects and implemented performance management tools for commercial European markets. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Global Strategic Project Lead at UCB, and then became the Head of Global Advanced Analytics Business Translator in 2019. In 2021, they joined Vantage Towers as the Head of Digital Incubation, Data & Analytics. Currently, they are working at Pfizer as the Head of Commercial Data Science, IDM.

Kateryna Ivashchenko obtained a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Kryvyi Rih National University in 2012. Prior to that, they also completed their Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the same university in 2011.
