Pía Silva currently serves as the Coordinadora de Diversidad Equidad e Inclusión at Falabella, leading the design and implementation of DEI strategies across nine countries. Silva has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, previously holding positions such as Senior Consultant at Vantaz Group and Project Manager in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Walmart. Additional roles include Business Coaching Specialist at güil Mobility Ventures, and various project management positions at Duoc UC and INACAP, focusing on student support and community engagement within education. Silva's professional background is complemented by entrepreneurial experience in mental health at BISAM and a strong educational foundation with multiple diplomas and a Master's degree in psychology.
