Hardik Dave has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2000. Hardik began their career as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Spansion, a Cypress Semiconductor company. Hardik then moved on to Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where they held the roles of Channel Sales Manager and Product Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they became Manager of Alliances & Partner Marketing at Sycomp, where they developed and executed Sycomp's Security Strategy and Inside Sales Team & Cold Calling 'Best Practices'. From 2010 to 2014, Hardik Dave was Senior Director of Strategic Alliances & Channels at TIBCO, where they developed executive-level Partner relationships to drive Joint GTM Strategies, Sales Pipeline, Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Cross-Functional Leadership to ensure Customer Success on global projects. In 2018, Hardik Dave founded DesiHipHop Inc, a global lifestyle Brand, Category & Platform empowering the evolution of South Asian Hip Hop to over 500M youth. Hardik has since achieved 1M subscribers, 10M impressions/month, and 100M views in 2020. In 2020, Hardik Dave joined Vantiq as Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Solutions Marketing and Head of Business Development, driving corporate strategy for Vantiq's Edge AI, IoT, 5G Partner Ecosystem. Hardik is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, nurturing, enabling, and ensuring success of new and existing Global System Integrators, Value Added Resellers & Technology Partners. Hardik also identifies GTM, Joint Solution Development, drives Sales Pipeline, and executes Joint Marketing Strategies.

Hardik Dave has an education history that spans from 1995 to 2020. Hardik obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000. Hardik then went on to earn an MBA in Marketing Leadership & Entrepreneurship from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business in 2007. Most recently, in 2020, they completed an Executive Education program in Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: VANTIQ Sales Certification Level 1 from VANTIQ in July 2020, and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management in June 2020.
