Ali Javaid

Ali Javaid is an IT Support Engineer with experience in various technical roles. Currently employed at VaporVM since April 2023, Ali provides Level-1 support for IT-related issues and escalates unresolved matters to the internal Level-2 team. Prior to this role, Ali served as an Assistant System Support Engineer at Pak Elektron Limited from August 2020 to April 2023, assisting with software upgrades and configuring security settings. Ali's career began as a Junior IT Support Engineer at Vision Marketing from August 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included system installation, maintenance, and supporting engineering teams. Ali is pursuing an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Virtual University of Pakistan, with earlier educational qualifications in Computer Science from Superior College and Workers Welfare High School.
