Rashmina Rouf

Rashmina Rouf has worked at VaporVM since 2021 as the Head of HR. Prior to that, they worked at NETSOL Technologies Inc. starting in 2010. At NETSOL Technologies Inc., they held the positions of Functional Head, Global Talent Acquisition Team from June 2014 to March 2021 and HR Business Partner from September 2010 to May 2014. During their time at NETSOL Technologies Inc., Rashmina was responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, induction, headhunting, HR interviews, induction and orientation, performance management, and leading the annual performance appraisal process.

Rashmina Rouf completed their Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab (Institute of Administrative Sciences) between 2008 and 2010.
