Matthew S. Pavlichko Ms

Matthew S. Pavlichko MS, RRT-NPS has a strong and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Matthew S. is currently serving as the Director of Professional Development & Education at Vapotherm since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Director of Respiratory Care & Pulmonary at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from July 2018 to January 2022.

Before that, Matthew held the position of Director of Cardiopulmonary Services at Levine Children's within Atrium Health from July 2014 to June 2018. Matthew S. also worked as the Manager of Respiratory Care Services at Good Samaritan Health System from April 2013 to July 2014.

Matthew's earlier experience includes roles at Reading Health System, where they served as a Clinical Specialist/Coordinator in Neonatal/Pediatric Division from October 2007 to April 2013, and as a Senior Respiratory Therapist from July 1999 to October 2007.

In addition to their clinical roles, Matthew served as the Director of Clinical Education at Reading Area Community College from October 2005 to October 2007.

Their career began as a Staff Respiratory Therapist at Pottstown Hospital - Tower Health, specifically at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, from June 1997 to July 1999.

Matthew S. Pavlichko MS, RRT-NPS holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Training and Development (Health Care Administration) from the University of St. Francis, which they earned from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Care Leadership from the same university from 2006 to 2009. Matthew also has an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Respiratory Therapy from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their academic achievements, Matthew has earned several certifications including NPS and RRT from the National Board for Respiratory Care - NBRC in 2002 and 1997 respectively. Matthew S. also holds LEAN Bronze Certification from Atrium Health in 2015, LEAN Silver Certification Level 1 & 2 from Atrium Health in 2017, and LEAN Certification Practitioner and LMS from Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health in 2019.
