Fay Renèe Franksdatter Nilsen

Fay Renèe Franksdatter Nilsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fay Renèe Franksdatter started their career in 2005 as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hammerfest Municipality, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they became the General Secretary at Kiropraktor i Nord.

In 2009, Fay joined Eni Norge AS and held various roles during their tenure. Fay Renèe Franksdatter initially served as an Administrative and Helicopter Coordinator, providing support for the Goliat operation readiness and onshore operations. Fay Renèe Franksdatter managed invoice follow-ups, contract monitoring, and internal reporting. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Aviation Team Lead, overseeing logistic aviation activities and establishing aviation and personnel on board (POB) work processes for the Goliat operation. Fay Renèe Franksdatter also represented Eni Norge in HBK, a forum for all operators in the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).

Fay was a member of the Board at Eni Norge AS from 2017 to 2020. This period involved significant changes and strategy implementations due to the merger of Point Resources and Eni Norge, as well as the acquisition of Exxon Mobile's non-operated portfolio in the NCS. Fay also played a crucial role in the approval and early follow-up of the Balder Future project.

Since 2018, Fay has been working at Vår Energi. Fay Renèe Franksdatter initially served as a Joint Venture Coordinator, responsible for developing and maintaining a License Hub and coordinating license activities for operated assets in Balder, Ringhorne, Ringhorne East, and Goliat. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Lead Joint Venture Coordinator, where they expanded their responsibilities to include coordination of all license activities across Vår Energi-operated and non-operated assets. Fay Renèe Franksdatter prioritizes compliance with license agreements, relevant authority requirements, and industry best practices.
