Vikas Kumra

Vikas Kumra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vikas began their career at Crompton Greaves Ltd as a Marketing Supervisor from July 1997 to September 2002. Vikas then joined Phoenix Contact India Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager from October 2002 to July 2005. After that, they worked at Spanco Tele Systems & Solutions Ltd as a Deputy Manager from August 2005 to April 2009.

From April 2009 to October 2011, Vikas served as the National Sales Manager - Defence at Intec Infonet Pvt Ltd, where they managed the Ministry of Defence (Army, Air Force, and Navy) business across India. Vikas then joined Shyam Networks Limited as the DGM - Homeland and Security from October 2011 to March 2015.

In 2015, Vikas moved to Intellicon Pvt Ltd as the Zonal Manager - Government Sales, where they excelled and received the Best Salesperson award twice during their tenure from April 2015 to November 2016.

Currently, Vikas Kumra is employed at Vara as the Associate Vice President. Vara is a conglomerate consisting of Vara Infotech, Vara Technology, and Vara Infrovate. Vara Infotech specializes in providing services and products for the BFSI sector, while Vara Technology focuses on building Centers of Excellence (COEs) in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, CyberSleuths, IoT, and Analytics.

Vikas Kumra completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from NE Engineering College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Ludlow Castle Model School from 1987 to 1991, focusing on English studies.
