John Spiridis is a seasoned finance and technology professional with extensive experience in managing complex operations and teams within the investment and fund services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director Technology at Varagon Capital Partners since March 2022, John previously held the position of Global Head - Private Markets Technology at BNY Mellon, overseeing a global team of 160 technical professionals. With a career spanning over two decades, John has also held key roles at TPG Global, Gen II Fund Services, Citco Fund Services, Credit Suisse, Northport PM, LLC, Geller & Company, and Lord Abbett. John's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Financial Services and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from St. John's University.
