Kanjakha Pal

Kanjakha Pal, PhD, is an accomplished chemical engineer with significant expertise in particle technology and process optimization. Currently serving as Chair of the AIChE Particle Technology Forum Area 3A and the AIChE Early Career Community, Kanjakha oversees critical initiatives related to particle production, characterization, and community engagement. In the role of Senior Process Engineer at Varda Space Industries, Kanjakha utilizes a strong background in crystallization and solids handling to contribute to the development of pharmaceuticals in a space-based environment. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Senior Research Specialist at Dow, focusing on computational modeling and filtration processes, along with academic roles in various prestigious organizations. Kanjakha holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and has published research related to crystallization and particle technology.
