Peter Dohm

Peter Dohm has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Peter started their career at Space Exploration Technologies in 2008 as an Avionics RF Intern, where they developed and ran tests for various RF hardware components. Peter then progressed to become an Avionics RF Responsible Engineer and later an Avionics RF Systems/Integration Engineer.

In 2012, Peter joined Composite Engineering Inc as a Systems Engineer II - RF Electrical, before moving to Millennium Space Systems in 2013 as a Senior RF Engineer. Peter then took on the role of Vice President of Engineering at Prime Lightworks Inc in 2016, where they stayed until 2022.

Currently, Peter is a Principal RF Engineer at Varda Space Industries, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Peter has gained significant expertise in RF engineering and has played key roles in various projects within the aerospace industry.

Peter Dohm received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2009. Peter then obtained a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same university in 2010. Subsequently, Peter pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace Engineering at UCLA from 2014 to 2016.
