Parmod Kumar

Parmod Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of environmental health and safety. Parmod started their career as an EHS officer at Jagatjit Industries Ltd in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Parmod then joined Vardhman Corporate office as an EHS Executive from 2012 to 2016. In 2012, they also took on the role of Occupational Health Safety Manager at Vardhman Textiles, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are working as an EHS Section Head at Vardhman Special Steels Limited.

Parmod Kumar obtained a Technical Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training from 1999 to 2003. In 2008-2009, they pursued a Post diploma in industrial Safety from DPC Delhi through the Technical Board of Education Delhi, focusing on the field of study in Environment, Health, and Safety. Parmod also obtained an IOSH Certification from the Indian Institute of Safety Management in September 2009. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications including CPR/AED/First Aid from Hero DMC Heart Institute in India in October 2019 and Internal Auditor for OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 from Intertek India Private limited in April 2016.
