Esraa Qazzaz

Esraa Qazzaz has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2013. Esraa started their career at Aspire Infotech as a Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for end-to-end testing, UI testing, integration testing, system testing, reporting defects, analyzing business requirements, adapting to business changes, and participating in writing test plans and use cases. In 2015, they moved to Aspire - Infotech as a Sr. Software Quality Assurance, where they had experience with apps in various business lines, including e-commerce, logistics, health, educational, and services. Esraa also had a passion for user experience testing and design, and good knowledge of automation testing using Selenium-Java, REST API testing, and GraphQL testing. Esraa was also a supervisor for teams of 5+. In 2019, Esraa moved to Aspire IT Services Partner as a Quality Team Lead, where their responsibilities included documenting business processes and use case scenarios, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, experience working with business partners, understanding business concepts and procedures, and applying technical solutions based on standard industry practices. In 2021, they joined Vardot as a Quality Assurance Manager, Project Manager, and Software QA Team Lead.

Esraa Qazzaz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The Hashemite University between 2008 and 2013. In 2018, they obtained the CTFL certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2022, they obtained the Lean Management certification from Patrons Consulting.
