Kylie Touchstone

Kylie Touchstone has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, they interned at HP, conducting research to improve product quality and implementing software and hardware changes. In 2016, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Idaho. From 2016 to 2019, Kylie worked at HP as a Mechanical Engineer, where they optimized toner cartridge performance, resolved technical issues, and supported product releases. In 2020, they joined Lockheed Martin as an Aeronautical Engineer, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Varex Imaging Corporation as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Kylie Touchstone attended the University of Idaho from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. Their major was Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Physics. In addition to their academic degree, Kylie obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received the Solidworks Associate - Mechanical Design (CSWA) certification from Dassault Systèmes. In January 2020, they earned the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Lastly, in June 2016, they passed the FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) Exam administered by the NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying).
