Maryam Nisar

Maryam Nisar has work experience as a Firmware Engineer and R&D Software & FPGA Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation, starting in 2022. Maryam was also a FPGA+SW Engineer at the same company from June 2021 to August 2021, where they focused on automating software and hardware testing for flat panel detectors used in X-ray imaging. Additionally, they worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo from August 2021 to May 2022 and from August 2021 to December 2021.

Maryam Nisar attended The Indian High School Dubai from 2010 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In 2018, they enrolled at the University at Buffalo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Maryam also pursued a minor in Mathematics during the same period.
