Marco Jacobs

Marco Jacobs has a diverse range of experience in the field of web development. Marco began their career as a Stagiaire ICT at Zadkine, where they were responsible for handling second and third-line calls and performing various IT-related tasks. Following this, they worked as a Webdeveloper at The Dare Company, where they developed websites for a variety of clients and implemented SEO strategies. During their time at The Dare Company, Marco also initiated a successful project called "Dare to Start," which offered complete website and branding solutions for small businesses. After that, they joined Modual as a Front-End Developer, contributing to web development projects from July 2018 to July 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Front-End Developer at Varias, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizes agile methodologies, and mentors junior developers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Marco Jacobs has a diverse education history. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Comenius College Krimpen, where they obtained a degree in Techniek (Technical Studies) through the VMBO-T program. Following this, from 2010 to 2015, they enrolled at Zadkine and pursued a degree in Systeem beheerder (System Administrator) at the MBO-4 level.

Additionally, Marco Jacobs has obtained several certifications in recent years. In June 2022, they successfully completed the Webflow Certification exams for Layout Level 1, CMS Level 1, Layout Level 2, and also earned the Webflow Experts Certification. These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in web development and design using the Webflow platform.
