Niels Mokkenstorm

Niels Mokkenstorm began their work experience as a Backend Software Developer at Whinkel B.V. in June 2015, where they remained until May 2016. From June 2016 to January 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at CODE - a Shopify Plus agency. Niels then joined Fortel Media in January 2018 as a Full-Stack Software Developer and later became the Lead Full-Stack Software Developer in October 2018 until February 2019. In February 2019, Niels worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Sustainabil-IT. Currently, they are the CTO and Co-Founder of Varias, starting in March 2021.

Niels Mokkenstorm pursued higher education in computer science and engineering. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Delft University of Technology, where they focused their studies on computer science and engineering. Prior to that, they attended Leiden University from 2012 to 2013, where they also studied computer science. Niels also holds a certification as a Laravel Certified Developer obtained in August 2020 from Laravel.
