Sotiris Kaplanis

Sotiris Kaplanis has a strong background in the maritime industry, with extensive experience in various roles and positions. Sotiris began their career as an Apprentice Officer at ANEK LINES in 2004 and worked there until 2008. After that, they joined Costamare Inc (LCM) as a Second Officer from 2008 to 2009. Sotiris then worked at Nireus Yachting as a Captain from 2010 to 2014, followed by Aegeotissa Yacht from 2014 to 2016 in the same role. Sotiris then joined Corfu Cruises as a Captain from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Chief Officer at Variety Cruises starting from December 2019.

From 2004 to 2008, Sotiris Kaplanis attended the Merchant Marine Academy, where they obtained a degree in Captaincy. The field of study for this degree is not specified.
