Julie Prochasson

Julie Prochasson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Internal Auditor at Printemps, SA. In 2010, they joined Hutchinson (Total Group) as a Cost Controller. Julie then joined L'Oréal in 2011, where they served as an ISO Project Manager & Business Analyst before becoming an E-procurement Project Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Coupa Software as a Technical Account Manager, providing support and guidance to tier 1 customers. Julie then took on roles such as Customer Success Manager for Central & South America and later as Director of Customer Success for LATAM. In 2017, they joined WorkSpan as the Director of Customer Success, Global, and in 2018, they returned to Coupa Software as the Director of Customer Solutions Partner for the US & LATAM region. Most recently, Julie started working at Varis in 2022 as the Director of Product Planning. Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated expertise in product management, customer success, and project management.

Julie Prochasson obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Audit and Finance from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. Julie pursued this degree from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Julie completed an MBA program in Business at Grand Valley State University from 2009 to 2010.
