The leaders of Varjo have a long and varied history in HR management, supply chain management, product management, and software development. Many of them have worked for large companies such as Nokia, Microsoft, and Deloitte, while others have experience founding and running their own businesses. All of them have a tertiary education, with degrees in fields such as economics, industrial engineering, and aeronautical engineering.
