Cortney McDougal

Cortney McDougal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Vartan Aviation Group since April 2018, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Specialist. Prior to that role, Cortney worked as a Human Resources Specialist for Fort Wayne Community Schools from February 2014 to April 2018. Cortney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Purdue University Fort Wayne, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
