Shari L. Kennett

Shari L. Kennett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shari L. is currently serving as a Board Director at Vartega since August 2020.

Prior to that, Shari worked at Air Liquide Advanced Materials, where they held multiple positions. Shari L. was the Vice President of Safety/Quality/Maintenance & Reliability/Continuous Improvement from September 2020 to May 2022. From September 2015 to September 2020, they held the role of Vice President of Safety & Quality.

Before joining Air Liquide, Shari worked at Dow Chemical for many years. Shari L.'sroles at Dow Chemical included Environmental, Health & Safety/Emergency Services & Security/Continuous Improvement Director from April 2012 to August 2015, Director of Manufacturing for Dow Solar Solutions from March 2010 to April 2012, Director of Manufacturing for Hydrocarbons from March 2006 to February 2010, Director of Manufacturing for Hampshire Chemical Deer Park, Texas Site from July 2002 to February 2006, and Global Supply Chain Manager from August 1999 to June 2002.

Shari started their career at The Dow Chemical Company in 1988, where they served as a Production Engineer until 1995. Shari L. then became a Production Supervisor until 1999. In these roles, they supervised manufacturing plants, managed budgets, and coordinated production activities.

Shari L. Kennett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 1988. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2001.
