Rohit Vishal Gupta (RVG) has a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Rohit Vishal is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Varun Beverages Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Wipro as the Global Vice President - Talent Management & Leadership Development. Before that, they had a distinguished career at GE Healthcare, where they served as the CHRO for South Asia and held other significant HR positions. Rohit Vishal also had a notable tenure at ITC Limited, where they served as the CHRO for the Printing and Packaging Business and Head of HR for the Personal Care Products Business. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an HRM at Surya Nepal Private Limited and as an Assistant HRM at ITC Limited in various locations.
