Dale Jefferson

Dale Jefferson has a strong background in executive leadership and business development. Dale currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of VAS since May 2022. Prior to this role, they were the General Manager of Solentra Global, a CULTURA company within Volaris Group from August 2018 to May 2022. Before joining Volaris Group, Dale was the President & Chief Operating Officer of CropZilla Software from June 2012 to August 2018. Dale also gained experience as a Senior Strategist at Autodesk from June 2013 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, Dale worked at Topcon Positioning Systems as the Director of Strategic Planning from 2009 to 2012, and as the Director of Global Software Business Development from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Carlson Software from 1996 to 2006.

Dale Jefferson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from Berea College, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. Dale later pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Dale then decided to diversify their knowledge by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2009 to 2011, although their field of study during this period is not specified.
