Obi Santos has worked in various customer experience roles throughout their career. Obi started their career at SpaceNK in 2010, where they held the role of Customer Experience Manager until November 2018. From December 2018 to April 2022, Obi served as the Head of Customer Experience (Insights) at SpaceNK. In May 2022, they joined Vashi as the Director of Customer Experience.

Obi Santos has a Level 5 - Management and Leadership degree from the Chartered Management Institute. Obi also studied Market Research at City, University of London. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology & Evolutionary Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
